At Wreaths, we want your home to be perfectly adorned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the wreath you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the wreath back into its original protective shipping box to ensure the delicate foliage and ornaments are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our quality team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
